Additional responsibilities include maintaining the NTO tracking spreadsheet and notifying the Credit Manager of upcoming lien deadlines to ensure all filing requirements are met accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or a related field, from an accredited college or university OR AA/AS degree with 1 year of experience in accounting or related field OR 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting or accounts receivable role
- Knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts receivable procedures
- Willingness to collaborate with others within the accounting department and through the Company

This role is responsible for supporting the planning, design, and coordination of site development projects from initial due diligence through permitting and construction planning. it also includes conducting zoning and site feasibility reviews, preparing concept and site plan drawings, and designing stormwater management, grading, erosion control, and utility systems. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a position relevant Engineering field from an ABET-accredited school
