Job Summary:

  This position is responsible for fleet asset accounting and reconciliations, assists with balance sheet reconciliations, performs journal entries, performs bank reconciliations, and assists with completing various monthly and quarterly reports for corporate in additional to company management custom reports. This is an in-office position, with potential future growth to a controller position. This position reports to the controller.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field

· Master’s degree not required but preferred

· CPA or CPA eligible not required but preferred

· 1-2 years of work experience preferred, but would consider a new grad with work/intern experience

 Full-service, publicly traded electric utility construction company based out of Chattanooga, TN to be based out of the Leesburg, Florida location. The parent company is a Fortune 200 company, a leader in the industry.  This person will be responsible for safety training related to transmission lines, with prior safety experience and experience supervising others (general foreman or superintendent level) preferred. The ideal candidate needs to be a people person who can correct/coach people in a tactful manner. 

Qualifications

OSHA 30 training, experience in high voltage electrical utilities, heavy      construction practices and equipment preferred, 5-7 years plus of  experience in safety professional roles required for this position. CUSP certification, or OSHA training certification is a plus, training delivery experience with safety related topics.
