Transmission Estimator

Hiring on behalf of our client, a  privately-owned civil infrastructure and energy construction company, who is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator with familiarity of overhead and underground transmission & distribution, renewable energy, and substation projects. 


Qualifications: 

- 5+ years of estimating experience in the electrical or utility construction industry

- Bachelor’s Degree Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field is a plus

- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software systems (Accubid, B2W, etc.)

- Able to lead a team of Estimators, while working independently to complete estimates or proposals efficiently while meeting firm deadlines

- Effective communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic


Job type:  Onsite | Travel to sites around Florida as needed 


Salary: 

- $170,000 to $220,000 annually 

- Potential for annual performance-based raise

You will support the payroll team in processing accurate and timely payroll for employees. This role will assist with payroll data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or a related field from an accredited college or university OR AA/AS degree with 1 year of experience in accounting or related field OR 7 years of experience in accounting or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in processing payroll, construction industry strongly preferred
