They are in search of an Account Manager with a strong emphasis on building client relationships and increasing sales. The ideal candidate is a “people person” who interacts well with new contacts, builds strong connections with clients, and works effectively as part of a team. This is a boots-on-the-ground role, involved in all aspects of a job from start to finish, from initiating contact with potential clients and growing relationships, to ensuring payment is received upon job completion. 

Qualifications:

- Develop new business opportunities through sales activities (phone calls, in-person visits, etc.)
- Manage and strengthen client relationships
- Oversee account management, including onboarding new clients and monitoring account performance
- Apply effective problem-solving skills to address client issues
- Prepare quotes, send job sheets, and create rate sheets
- Travel as needed, primarily within Florida, to visit clients

Job type: Onsite | Ocala, Florida

Salary: 

- $52,000 to $65,000 annually (with potential for bonus) 

Schedule: 

- 45 hours/week (hours may very)

This role will be responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, developing budgets, and providing strategic financial insight to support business decisions. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate has experience working with start-ups or high-growth businesses, establishing procedures, and serving as a trusted right-hand partner to ownership for the long term.

Qualifications: 

- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, credit lines, and overall financial operations (including AR/AP, GL, tax filings, and reporting)
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Establish and improve financial procedures and internal controls
- Approximately 5 years of accounting or finance experience (open to high-growth potential candidates)
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills, professional judgment, and ability to operate independently

They are looking to hire a Finance Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day financial operations, complex bookkeeping activities, and budget reporting function. This role also provides leadership and direction for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing while ensuring accurate financial records, effective internal controls, and timely departmental budget reporting. 

Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration OR 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, book keeper or finance operations

- Prior experience supervising or leading accounting staff

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/financial systems

- Proven ability to analyze financial data and present clear insights to leadership
